Data, purpose and legal basis

The data you enter in the form (name, email, service, optional firm or broker, project details) is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote, based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Retention and processors

Data is kept while your request is handled and, if you hire a service, for the legally required periods; otherwise it is deleted within [12 months]. Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (form email delivery) act as processors and may process data outside the EEA with GDPR safeguards. No data is sold or shared with other third parties. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at [email], and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). The Spanish version (Política de privacidad) prevails.
